Terms and Conditions

By using the services of this site and scheduling a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders, schedule consultations, book tarot readings, receive Reiki healing treatments/ intuitive feedback, and/or participate in self-reflective healing and shadow work sessions.

Disclaimer

The information you receive from this site or from one of our practitioners in a healing session, as well as all tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken by the client as a substitute for any professional advice. Representatives of this site do not give medical, legal, financial, or business advice. They are unable to diagnose, treat, or cure any ailment whether it be of a physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual nature. For these types of services, consult a licensed professional.

Facilitators/ practitioners of this site are not liable for any personal decisions made, actions taken, or changes undergone by clients based on the information, feedback, advice, or content they receive from this site or within a session. By using any of the services and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you, and only you, are responsible for such decisions, actions, and changes and you release us (Marijana Milicevic and associates) from any liability arising from said feedback and content.

Refunds

All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 72 hours prior to a session in order to receive a refund.

All no-shows are deemed a missed appointment and will not be refunded. All appointments that start later than the scheduled booking time will not have the time missed added on to the end of a session. All practitioners/ facilitators of this site are required to wait only fifteen minutes for late arrivals. After the fifteen-minute mark, a session/booked appointment is deemed a missed appointment and will not be refunded.

No refunds are offered to clients after a tarot reading, self-reflective healing/ shadow work session, or Reiki healing/ Laying on of the Hands treatment has been delivered.

Confidentiality

The nature of self-reflective healing/ shadow work involves the client sharing personal, private, or sensitive information.

It is important for the client to know that all interactions that take place in a self-reflective healing/ shadow work session, a Reiki treatment debrief session, or in an energy reading with the tarot cards are considered confidential and will not be passed on to an outside party.

Ethics

Any representative of this site reserves the right to the following:

1) to decline to work with a client for any reason;
2) to end a session if the client is abusive,
uncooperative, or unable to manage their
emotions/actions to the detriment of the session
(based on the subjective and intuitive
interpretation of the client by the facilitator).
